and projects and official address at 4F Arada-Virtucio Bldg, Banay Banay 1, San Jose,
Batangas. We are surrounded by highly motivated and driven individuals with the drive
and determination to meet customers’ expectations at all levels.
Our staff and clients are at the heart of everything that we do; we have a clear focus on
delivering customer excellence right from the initial contact from our compassionate Sales
Representative team through to fully connected experience.
On top of that, we are also in the business of providing reliable, dependable, and highquality telecommunications and healthcare accounts. Our products and services provide

Ringmasters were founded with the goal of delivering exceptional customer engagement
and business process solutions. Starting with a small team, the company initially focused
on inbound and outbound customer support and back-office services.
We provide outstanding customer service by addressing complaints, providing detailed
product/service information, and offering expert responses to health insurance questions.
a. Inbound Sales
Our representatives are responsible for answering calls and offering products and
services tailored to customer needs, always ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition,
agents assist prospects by answering inquiries, explaining the details of our
products/services, walking them through the process, and highlighting the benefits to turn
them into loyal, long-term customers.
b. Outbound Sales
Our representatives proactively reach out to potential clients to offer a range of products

a. DITO Telecommunity Philippines
Ringmasters achieved a significant milestone by securing its first major DITO
Telecommunications client, which marked the company’s official entry into the competitive
and fast-paced telecom industry. This partnership allowed Ringmasters to expand its
service offerings and solidify its position as a reliable partner in the telecommunications
space.
i. SIM Card Registration
DITO’s SIM card sales are an essential entry point for customers who wish to access their
network and services. The company has strategically made its SIM cards widely available
through retail outlets, online platforms, and official DITO stores, ensuring ease of access
for users. DITO provides 4G LTE and 5G-enabled SIM cards, allowing customers to enjoy
fast and reliable mobile data services across the Philippines. The SIM cards are available
in different forms, including standard, micro, and nano sizes, to accommodate various
devices.
